We recently we asked by a customer to reproduce a fire hose reel sticker the replace existing stickers that had deteriorated on many of their reels around their commercial property. The original sticker was screen printed which is an entirely different printing process to ours, the vinyl the original sticker manufacturer had used was of a low quality and many of the stickers had completely failed, the picture on the left here shows the best one on the property.
The picture of the right shows our redrawn artwork, this has been redrawn in a computer program that allows the artwork to remain editable at all times, at any stage we can add or subtract any information in the picture with relative ease, we can customise this design to a particular hose reel or for a particular customer, we could add logos, locations or any information as required.
Our printing process allows to produce special one off stickers for specific applications, we can also add sequential numbers and letters. Our stickers are printed on a machine that has full colour capabilities and can reproduce the most complex effects in today’s graphical programs.
