I've purchased one of you vinyl decals, can
I order a different colour and/or size?
- Yes, you can request a different colour as
shown on the eBay
item page, these standard colours do not cost any extra, simply email
us with colour of your choice. If you want a special colour from
our website Colour
Chart or want a different size, please contact
us for pricing.
I've purchased more than one item from you,
do I have to pay postage for each item?
- No, your orders will be combined and you will
be charged postage only once, if you are uncertain what the total for
all items is, please email us and we will send the total. After you have
made all your purchases on eBay, you can also use the eBay
checkout facility to combine your orders, which will give you a total
for all items and a once of postage charge.
I would like to purchase a item(s) from your
website and get it sent with my eBay order, is this possible?
- Absolutely. Please use the shopping cart facility
on the stickerart.com.au
website and purchase the items you require. After you have checked out,
send us an email with your eBay user name and what you have ordered
on the website, we will then combine your eBay
and stickerart.com.au orders
and send you the total.

long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?

do you leave feedback?
- We use a automated feedback system, once positive
feedback is left for us, the automated system will leave positive feedback

of leaving neutral or negative feedback
- Before leaving neutral or negative feedback,
please contact us as the reason for being not happy could be a misunderstanding

I've

- We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours
during Monday to Friday, however, sometimes it may take up to 48 hours
because of other commitments, the weekend or holidays. If you haven't
received a reply within this time. Please resend the email. Also,

up my decals?
- We generally post all orders out within 1 -
4 days of receiving payment. We do not allow pick ups at this stage.

- We do not have a shop or display area at the moment .

- No, We do not have a printed catalogue at this

- Yes, we never see or require any of your financial
information and all Credit Card payments are done either by PayPal
or PayMate, who both are leading
online payment companies with the best security practices.

a quote?
- Due to the amount of retail business at present, we are not currently offering wholesale .

- You can call anytime, if we am unable to answer,
please leave your name, number, email address, a brief message and the
best time to call you back. Note that we may not be able to call back
the same day.
I'm
a international customer, can I purchase items of you?
- Absolutely, we have sold to many international
customers. We can currently only accept PayPal payments from international
customers.
Will
my sticker be safe in the mail?
- Yes, We have had very few problems with damaged
mail. We pack all decals with cardboard to protect the decal and larger
decals are sent in a strong mailing tube.
